The accommodation is perfect for those seeking a peaceful and relaxing holiday, with a fantastic panoramic view of the bay.

The apartment is located on the second floor and can accommodate up to five adults. It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other bedroom has two single beds. There is also a single sofa bed in a separate corner of the living room and kitchen area.

Upon request, a baby cot is available to guests free of charge.

This air-conditioned accommodation offers guests a TV, free WiFi internet, a washing machine, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

From the balcony, equipped with seating furniture, guests can enjoy a panoramic sea view.

Upon request and for an additional fee, small pets are allowed to stay in this accommodation, with prior agreement with the owner. Guests staying with their pets are required to pay a security deposit, which is refundable upon check-out if the accommodation is returned in the same condition as it was received.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for hygiene during their stay, while towel and linen replacement is not provided and is done at the end of the stay. Cleaning service is available for an additional fee.

One private parking space is provided for guests, and additional parking spaces can be found in front of the accommodation, along the street where the property is located, or at a nearby public parking lot.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

Minimum stay requirement is six nights.
Accommodation Climate Crisis Resilience Fee is 8€ per night.
Upon arrival at the accommodation, guests staying with pets are required to leave a security deposit of 200€. The deposit will be retained by the owner as security in case of any damage, and will be refunded in full if no damage has been caused.
