The apartment, intended for a maximum of four adults, is located on the second floor and consists of a living room, two separate bedrooms and a bathroom. The living room also includes a kitchen, fully equipped for preparing meals. Both bedrooms are equipped with double beds.

A baby cot is included in the price and can be provided upon request, with prior notice during the process of booking.

The facility is air-conditioned and contains three air conditioners - one in the living room and one in each bedroom. The apartment has a Wi-Fi internet connection, as well as a flat screen TV in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, and features a large refrigerator with a freezer, as well as a stove with a large oven and four hotplates. In addition to this, the kitchen is also equipped with a toaster, a coffee machine and a kettle. A hair dryer is available to the guests, as well.

The apartment has two balconies, which you can use to enjoy the outdoors - one of the balconies is accessible from the living room and the other one from the bedrooms. The balcony overlooks the street and provides a pleasant stay for all those who value enjoying the outdoors during summer evenings.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 20 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
