Estia Cozy & Stylish Villa is part of a complex of luxurious villas in the village of Elani, not far from Siviri, on the western side of Kassandra. Elani Beach, known for its crystal-clear waters, is located at a distance of 1.2km, while the village of Siviri with its sandy beach and all amenities is at 3.5km.
The nearest market is about 3km away, at the entrance to the village of Siviri.
This elegant house is divided into two levels and intended to accommodate up to seven people. On the lower level, on the ground floor, it features a living room with a kitchen and dining area, a bathroom, and one bedroom with a double and a single bed, while on the upper floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom.
The house is air-conditioned and equipped with all necessary amenities such as Wi-Fi internet, flat-screen TV, hairdryer, iron, washing machine, while the kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with a large oven and four ceramic hobs, a dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and a coffee maker. One bathroom has a bathtub, and the other has a shower cabin with a glass door. Pets are allowed in this accommodation.
During their stay, guests are responsible for cleaning, and there is a mandatory cleaning fee at the end of the stay.
Guests can spend time on the veranda equipped with seating furniture or on the balcony with a panoramic view of the sea. In the fenced and carefully maintained yard, guests can sunbathe on sun loungers or enjoy preparing a barbecue with family and friends.
Parking is available in front of the accommodation.
At the turning to Elani Bay Resort on Elani Beach, turn right (opposite the coast), then left for 20m and follow the road uphill to the first rows of houses. After 870m, you will reach the Estia Cozy & Stylish Villa accommodation located on the right side of the street, opposite the children’s playground of the neighboring accommodation. Stairs next to the covered parking lead to the villa.
This refined accommodation with a sophisticated design, where special attention is paid to every detail in order to create a pleasant and warm atmosphere, is an ideal choice for families who want to fully enjoy privacy and an impressive sea view.

- Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

The minimum number of nights in Jule and September is five and in July and August seven.
