Valasi Studios are located 130m from the beach, in the very small town of Skala Fourkas on the Kassandra peninsula, a resort intended for those who want to spend their vacation in a quiet place.

As part of this accommodation, three-bed and four-bed studios are offered, located in the semi-basement, on the first and second floors. The studios in the basement have one double bed and one sofa bed for one person, while the four-bed studio has an additional folding armchair for one person. Studios, with a partial view of the sea, and located on the first or second floor, can accommodate three or four people.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and provide guests with free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, a kitchen equipped with a fridge with a freezer chamber, a kettle, and a stove with three hotplates and a small oven in the accommodation units located in the semi-basement, while the accommodation units that are located on the first and second floor and have a two-burner stove.

You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings, with a view of the yard or the sea, depending on the number of floors, on the furnished veranda or balcony.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the accommodation during their stay. Bed linen and towels are changed every five days and the guests themselves change them.

No parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation, but there is always a free parking space near the accommodation.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
