Description
Seafront Maisonette is located right on the beach, in Furka. It is a duplex where a total of five people can stay. It consists of two bedrooms and an attic that is not separated by a door.
The living room features a sofa intended for one person, one bedroom has a double bed, and the other has two single beds, while the attic has a narrower-than-standard double bed.
The accommodation includes: two air conditioners, a fan, WiFi, TV, a washing machine, a hairdryer, and mosquito nets (except on the entrance door). A baby cot can be provided upon request.
The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner stove, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a large refrigerator with a freezer.
On the first level, there is a toilet, while the bathroom with a bathtub is on the second level.
There are four terraces, two in the front with a sea view and two facing the courtyard.
The courtyard features a well-maintained lawn, chairs and a table for seating, and a barbecue.
Guests are responsible for cleaning. In addition to the set of bed linen and towels provided upon arrival, there is another clean set included in the price.
Pets are not allowed.
Parking space is guaranteed.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
