Toula Villa is located on a hill in the village of Skala Fourka, 100m from the sandy beach and 1.7km from the town center, ideal place for those seeking a peaceful holiday on the west coast of Kassandra.
This accommodation is a three-level maisonette that features three bedrooms and is designed to accommodate up to eight people. On the first level, which is on the ground floor, there is a living room with two sofas, a kitchen and a toilet. On the second level, which is on the first floor, there are two bedrooms each containing two single beds and a bathroom, while the attic has the third bedroom with a double bed and an additional bathroom.
Within this air-conditioned maisonette, guests have at their disposal a fan, a flat-screen TV, WiFi internet, a washing machine, a kitchen equipped with a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with a large oven and four glass-ceramic hobs, a microwave oven and a kettle.
Guests can spend warm summer days on the veranda equipped with seating furniture or on balconies offering a panoramic view of the sea.
Within the fenced and carefully maintained yard, guests can relax on loungers or prepare a barbecue with family and friends.
Small pets are allowed in this accommodation with prior arrangement with the owners and with an additional fee.
During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the accommodation, as well as for changing bed linen and towels. There is a mandatory cleaning fee at the end of the stay for all reservations.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
