Accommodation description

Toula Villa is located on a hill in Skala Furka, about 50m from the beach and 1.6km from the town center. It is a good choice for those who love a quiet vacation.

In addition to the smaller, almost private beach below the villa itself, the nearest organized beach is about 300m away. Shops, bakeries and restaurants are about 1.5 km away from the accommodation.

The villa has three levels, contains three bedrooms and is designed to accommodate a maximum of eight people. On the first level, which is at the ground floor level, there is a living room with two sofas, a kitchen and a toilet. On the second level, which is at the level of the first floor, there are two bedrooms with two single beds each and a bathroom with a shower cabin, while in the attic there is a third bedroom with a double bed and an additional bathroom with a shower cabin.

The accommodation is air-conditioned (only the bedroom on the top level has a separate air-conditioner), guests have at their disposal a fan, flat-screen TV, WiFi internet, hair dryer, washing machine, equipped kitchen with a fridge with freezer, a stove with a large oven and four glass ceramic hobs, microwave oven and kettle.

It is possible to get a baby cot upon request and this service is not charged separately.

The accommodation has two terraces with a beautiful view of the sea. The veranda is equipped with seating and deckchairs and is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the sunsets.

The yard is small, fenced and maintained. It has a beautiful view of the sea and access to an almost private, smaller beach, which can be reached from the yard.

Guests can use the barbecue in the yard.

Small pets are allowed in this accommodation with prior agreement with the owners and with an additional fee.

Guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the accommodation during their stay. Additional cleaning and change of towels and bed linen are possible for an additional fee. For all reservations, there is a mandatory surcharge for the end-of-stay cleaning service.

Parking is possible near the accommodation, within the complex, but the accommodation does not offer guests a guaranteed parking space.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
