The apartment is situated on the first floor and can accommodate up to four adults. It consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom features a double bed, while the other has two single beds.

A baby crib is available upon request, free of charge.

This air-conditioned unit, with the AC located in the kitchen, offers free Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with two ceramic burners, a large fridge with freezer, a microwave, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

The balcony is furnished with a seating area where guests can relax and enjoy the view of the beautifully landscaped courtyard.

Pets are allowed upon request and with an additional charge.

Guests arrive to a clean apartment and are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during their stay. For bookings of seven nights or more, an extra set of towels and bed linen is provided, and guests are responsible for replacing them. A mandatory cleaning fee applies to all reservations.

One private parking space is available within the complex.

Policies

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
