Hotel Description

Hotel Plaza is located just 40m from the sandy beach in Hanioti. There are 24 rooms available, with a capacity for 2-3 persons. Below the establishment, there is a restaurant/cafe bar where you can enjoy all meals or a beverage. Given that the accommodation is almost by the beach, most units offer a very beautiful view of the sea from their terraces. Small pets are welcome, and the hotel is open throughout the year.

The center of Hanioti is only 50m away, as well as the nearest market and restaurants. A bakery is located at a distance of 100m.

The beach in front of the hotel is well-maintained, and the set of sunbeds with an umbrella is charged separately from the consumption of drinks at the bar.

The property was last renovated in 2009 and is in excellent condition.

Twenty rooms have a capacity for two persons (around 25m2), while four are triple rooms (around 30m2). Only two units have a double bed, the rest have single beds.

All rooms (without a kitchen) are air-conditioned, have internet access, TV, a small refrigerator, a safety deposit box, and a terrace with a drying rack. A hairdryer and an iron are available upon request. The bathroom features a shower with a curtain.

For an additional fee, there is a bed and breakfast service available.

Bed linen is changed every four days, while towels are replaced and units are cleaned daily.

There is no private parking, so guests leave their vehicles in the immediate vicinity.

The hotel is decent, situated in a good location, but it is advisable to book it without meals. The breakfast is the same every day, and it is not a buffet.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
