Description
Lucas Apartment is theaccommodation on the promenade in Hanioti, next to Costas gyros, only 70m from the beach.
The apartment is brand new, has its own yard and is an ideal opportunity to enjoy your vacation.
It has two separate bedrooms with one double bed, that is, a corner sofa and a sofa bed, a living room with table and chairs, air conditioning, WiFi internet, TV and everything you need for a nice and pleasant holiday. Large kitchen with all accompanying facilities, combined refrigerator and electric mini-stove with oven.
The maximum capacity of the apartment is five people.
Guests maintain the hygiene of the unit during their stay. Bed linen is changed after 5 days. Towels are not provided.
Parking is available in front of the yard, at a small gate and in 99% of cases it's free, but it's not guaranteed.

Adult is a person older than 12 years.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 20 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Dobar dan Mene bi interesovala cena za 10 noći. Došli bi krajem jula. 4 odrasle osobe (dva bračna para) pa nam treba dupleks apartman. I kada imate slobodan termin od 25-og jula.

Poštovani, Da li je apartman sa dve spavaće sobe i dnevnim boravkom slobodan u periodu od 22.09. do 02.10.? Koja bi cena bila za troje odraslih i bebu od 6 meseci? Da li u jednoj od spavaćih soba postoji mogućnost da se ubaci prenosivi krevetac (imamo mo krevetac)? Hvala unapred. Lep pozdrav.
