Hotel Description

Avra Apartments is located in Hanioti, on the east coast of Kassandra, only 210m from the city beach and 400m from the central square, close to the local market, bars and restaurants, playgrounds for children, shops, bakeries and pharmacies.

This apartment consists of two levels and is designed to accommodate a maximum of four people. On the lower level there is a living room with kitchen and dining room and a toilet, while on the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other room has a sofa for two people.

A cot can be added upon request and at no additional cost.

In this air-conditioned apartment, guests have free Wi-Fi internet, TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a washing machine, a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with a large oven and four hotplates, a coffee machine, a toaster and the necessary dishes. In order to preserve the safety of children, a safety door has been installed at the top of the stairs.

Guests can spend pleasant mornings and evenings on one of the two verandas on the ground floor or two balconies on the first floor, from the front and back of the building. The veranda and balcony at the front face the street and are equipped with seating, while the veranda and balcony at the back face the courtyard and only the veranda contains a table and chairs.

The stay of pets in this accommodation is allowed upon request and with an additional charge.

Guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the accommodation, as well as changing towels and bed linen, an additional set of which is provided. A cleaning service can be organized at the guests’ request for an additional fee.

No parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation, but there is a free parking space in the surrounding streets or in the public parking lot.

Avra Apartment is located at a distance of 92km from the airport in Thessaloniki, while the nearest neighboring resort Pefkohori is approximately 4km away.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 42 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
