Owners description
Helen Sea House is situated in the front row by the sea in Hanioti, on the east coast of the Kassandra Peninsula. Only a street separates the accommodation from the city beach, which is sandy and well-organized, while the main square with a large number of shops, bakeries and restaurants is 500m away.
This accommodation is a maisonette on two levels intended for the accommodation of eight people. On the first level, on the ground floor, there is a living room with two sofas, a kitchen and a toilet, while on the second level, on the first floor, there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with a double sofas, as well as a bathroom.
Within this air-conditioned maisonette, with an independent cooling unit in the living room and all bedrooms, guests have at their disposal a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi internet, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge with a freezer, a built-in ceramic glass cooktop with four burners, a large oven, a dishwasher and a kettle.
Guests can enjoy a direct sea view from the veranda or balcony equipped with seating sets. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available on the veranda.
Guests have the opportunity to prepare a barbecue with family and friends.
Small pets are allowed in this accommodation with prior arrangement with the owners and an additional charge.
During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the accommodation, as well as changing bed linen and towels. There is a mandatory cleaning fee at the end of the stay for all reservations.
Guests can park in front of the accommodation or in surrounding streets.
Helen Sea House is located 92km from Thessaloniki International Airport, while the neighboring Pefkohori is 4km away and Polichrono is 5km away.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
