Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
Helen Sea House is located in the first row by the sea in Hanioti, on the eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula. The accommodation is only separated from the city beach, which is sandy and organized, by a street, while the main square with a large number of commercial and catering facilities is 500m away.
Supermarket Masoutis is 650m away, AB Vasilopoulos 850m away, and the famous Lemonis bakery 700m away.
This accommodation is a maisonette on two levels and is designed to accommodate eight people. It is elevated four steps from street level. On the first level, on the ground floor, there is a living room with two sofas, a kitchen, and a toilet, while on the second level, on the first floor, there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, and two with a sofa bed for two, as well as a bathroom.
The accommodation is air-conditioned (there are air conditioners in the living room and bedrooms), guests have at their disposal a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi internet, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge with freezer, a built-in hob with four rings, a large oven , dishwasher and cooker. The bathroom has a shower cabin. Small pets are allowed in this accommodation with prior agreement with the owners and with an additional fee.
During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the accommodation. Change of bed linen and towels is possible with prior agreement with the owners and additional payment.
Guests can enjoy a direct sea view from the balcony, which is equipped with a seating set. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available on the veranda, and in the backyard, guests have the opportunity to prepare a barbecue with family and friends.
Parking can be found in front of the accommodation or in the surrounding streets.
Coming from the direction of Thessaloniki, after passing the AB Vasilopoulos market in Hanioti, turn left, before the Lemonis bakery, into the street that leads to the main square. Continue driving straight to the church, then turn right. After 140m, turn left into the street towards the sea, then go to the end of the street and turn right - the third house on your right is Helen Sea House.
If you are looking for a beautifully decorated accommodation with a direct sea view, at a short distance from the beach and all the amenities necessary for a carefree vacation, then Helen Sea House can be a good choice.
