Pavlos Molos 1 Apartment is located in a beautifully arranged complex with pool at the very exit of Hanioti, at a distance of 270m from the beach, in a popular and very nicely arranged resort on the eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula. At a distance of 1km from the center, restaurants, and shops.
The large Masoutis supermarket is located 600m away, while the Lemonis bakery is located 1km away.
The accommodation unit consists of two levels and in its structure is a maisonette that can accommodate up to six people. On the first level (on the level of the first floor) there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, and toalet. On the second level (in the attic level) there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has two single beds, while the other bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. In the living room, there is a sofa for one person.
Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, which has an independent cooling unit in the living room and all bedrooms, guests have free WiFi internet, a flat-screen TV, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, as well as a kitchen equipped with a stove with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a filter coffee machine, and a toaster. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain.
On hot summer days, with a partial view of the sea, courtyard, and pool, guests can spend time on the balcony equipped with seating furniture. Also, guests have access, included in the price, to use the pool, sun loungers, and umbrellas by the pool.
In the beautifully arranged and maintained courtyard, you can enjoy preparing barbecue with family and friends.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation, included in the price.
Guests are responsible for cleaning, while the replacement of bed linen and towels is done halfway through the stay. There is also a shared washing machine and iron in the facility.
Parking space is provided for guests in front of the complex.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

In the last moment, we decided to go on vacation and had limited options. Based on the descriptions and pictures, our best choice was Pavlos Molos. I must admit that we were skeptical since there were no reviews, and the recommendation to book through Nikana was unfamiliar to us. It turned out that we made an excellent choice; Nikana is very professional, and Pavlos Molos 1 offers exceptional accommodation for those seeking comfort and tranquility, as well as proximity to the beautiful beach. Truly, we recommend it wholeheartedly. The owner speaks Serbian, making communication easy. The nearest beach, White Beach, charges 15 euros for two sunbeds and an umbrella, and the staff is very friendly. The sea is beautiful and clear, with a sandy entrance suitable for children. If you have your own equipment, you can also use it. In a word, we are extremely satisfied.
Proximity to a beautiful beach, peaceful surroundings, and the center is close by. The apartment has everything needed for a pleasant stay.
