Pavlos Molos 3 Apartment is located 270m away from the beach in Hanioti, a popular and beautifully arranged resort on the eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula.
The villa in which the Pavlos Molos 3 apartment is situated is located in a peaceful complex with a pool, along with several other villas. The distance from the center of Hanioti is 1km, a 10-minute walk. The complex itself is rich in pine trees, palm trees, and flowers, making the stay pleasant even on the hottest days. Nearby the complex, there are well-known beach bars such as "Achinos Beach," "White Beach," and the former "Molos Beach."
The accommodation unit consists of two levels and can accommodate up to ten people. On the first level (ground floor level), there is a spacious living room with a sofa for two people, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower without a curtain. The living room leads to a large veranda with seating and a table and chairs overlooking the sea. On the second level (ground floor/first floor), there is a bathroom with a bathtub and two bedrooms with three double beds in total that have access to a terrace.
Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, which has independent cooling units in the living room and all bedrooms, guests have access to free WiFi, TV, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, and a toaster.
Guests can spend warm summer days with partial views of the sea and the pool on the veranda or balcony equipped with seating sets.
Included in the price, guests have access to the pool, sun loungers, and umbrellas by the pool, and in the well-maintained yard, they can enjoy preparing barbecues with family and friends.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
