Pavlos Molos 3 Apartment is located in a beautifully landscaped complex with a pool at the very exit of Hanioti, 270m away from the beach, in a popular and very nicely landscaped resort on the eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula. It is situated at a distance of 1km from the center, restaurants, and shops.
A large Masoutis supermarket is located at a distance of 600m, while the Lemonis bakery is 1km away.
The accommodation unit consists of two levels and can accommodate up to ten people. On the first level (ground floor level), there is a spacious living room with a sofa for two, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower tray without a curtain. From the living room, you can access a large veranda with a seating set and a table and chairs overlooking the sea. On the second level (split-level construction - ground floor/first floor), there is a bathroom with a bathtub and two bedrooms with a total of three double beds that have access to a terrace.
Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, which has an independent cooling unit in the living room and all bedrooms, guests have access to free WiFi internet, TV, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, as well as a kitchen equipped with a stove with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a big fridge with a freezer, a kettle, and a toaster.
On warm summer days, with a partial view of the sea, garden, and pool, guests can spend time on the veranda or balcony equipped with seating sets.
Guests have access, included in the price, to the use of the pool, sun loungers, and umbrellas by the pool, and in the well-maintained garden, they can enjoy preparing barbecues with family and friends.

Guests are responsible for cleaning, while the change of bed linen and towels is done halfway through the stay. There is also a shared washing machine and iron in the building.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
