Mina Apartment is located in a peaceful part of Hanioti, 350 meters from the beach, offering spacious and comfortable accommodation ideal for a relaxing stay. Modernly equipped, with a beautiful panoramic sea view, it provides a perfect setting for a carefree summer vacation.

The apartment (89m2) is situated on the second floor, consisting of two levels and can accommodate up to eight people. On the first level, at the level of the second floor, there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed for two, as well as two bedrooms, one of which is more spacious with a double bed and a small balcony, while the other has a narrower than standard double bed. There is also a bathroom on the first level. On the second level, at the attic level, there is a third bedroom with a narrower than standard double bed.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, where the use of air conditioning is charged, guests have access to free WiFi, TV, washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a big fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, and an electric kettle. The bathroom features a shower cabin enclosed by glass on one side and a curtain on the other.

Guests can enjoy the view of the street and the sea in the distance from the balcony furnished with a comfortable seating area.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

Private parking is not provided, but guests can park on the street.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for hygiene during their stay. For reservations of five nights or more, an additional set of towels and bed linen is available for guests to change themselves.

Booking and cancellation terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 8 years.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
