Kelifos House First Line is located in one of the best possible locations in Hanioti – right on the beach and just steps away from all amenities – the promenade, shops, and park. It is ideal for two families or a larger group and has a fantastic terrace that wraps around the entire apartment with one of the most beautiful, direct views of the sea. If you want the best location in Hanioti, this accommodation is the right choice for you. The apartment is indeed spacious, covering 110 square meters, offering excellent conditions for a relaxing stay for two families.

The Kelifos apartment is situated in a private beachfront complex, where only a few apartments are available for rent, while the others are privately owned and not for rental. The apartment is very spacious, featuring a large living room with a kitchen, a bathroom, three bedrooms, and two terraces – one very large and one smaller. The large terrace is accessible from the living room and two of the bedrooms, offering sea views from every part of it. On the terrace, there is a large dining table as well as additional armchairs and lounge bags. The view of the sea and beach is simply breathtaking.

The third bedroom opens to a smaller terrace equipped with a built-in barbecue, allowing guests to enjoy grilling on their private terrace.

The bathroom includes a shower cabin.

The kitchen is large, similar to a private home, and fully equipped. It has a standard stove with an oven and four burners, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer, and a kettle.

The accommodation has three air conditioners, and guests are responsible for cleaning during their stay. Towel and linen changes can be arranged for an additional fee. Pets are allowed with prior arrangement and notification at the time of booking.

The apartment is located in a very quiet area, with no noisy cafes nearby. The beach in front of the accommodation is organized, and a few dozen meters to the left and right, there are sections of the beach available for visitors with their own equipment.

There is public parking nearby (close to the church).

The apartment is not luxuriously furnished; on the contrary, the furniture is older and simple, but what makes it highly sought after is the phenomenal location, view, and comfort.

If you seek the perfect accommodation, Kelifos House on the first line of Hanioti is undoubtedly the ideal choice. Comfortable, spacious, impeccably clean, and stylishly arranged in every detail, it features cozy beds and provides everything necessary for a functioning stay akin to home. Additionally, there is a beautiful, expansive terrace with a stunning view of the sea, extending along the entire apartment, fully equipped for enjoyment at any time of day or evening. The use of air conditioning is included in the price. The hosts deserve all the praise; all agreements were honored, and you enjoy complete privacy. Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
