Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
Dionysios House is located in the center of Hanioti resort, on the east coast of the Kassandra peninsula. It can host up to nine people.
The beach is about 400m away. Masoutis supermarket is 500m away, while smaller shops, restorants and bakeries are located in the immediate vicinity.
The accommodation has a ground floor, a basement and a first floor. The ground floor has a kitchen with a living room with a sofa. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. In the basement there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a sofa for two people and a bathroom.
A baby cot is available to guests, upon request, and this service is free of charge.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, with an independent cooling unit in the living room and two bedrooms upstairs, guests have at their disposal free WiFi internet, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine. The upstairs bathroom has a shower cabin, and the basement bathroom has a shower with a curtain.
The veranda on the ground floor is equipped with seating and has a swing, it opens onto a small, landscaped and fenced yard. The bedrooms on the first floor have a shared terrace, which is not furnished.
In this accommodation, small pets are allowed with prior agreement with the owners and with an additional fee.
During their stay, guests are responsible for reflecting hygiene in the accommodation, as well as for changing bed linen and towels, which can be obtained for an additional fee. For all reservations, there is a mandatory surcharge for the end-of-stay cleaning service.
Parking is possible along the street, or in the public parking lot, which is about 120m away from the accommodation.
If you are looking for accommodation with a beautifully landscaped yard, close to the beach and the city center, and yet far from the crowds, then Dionisios House can be an excellent choice.
