Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Vita Villa is located in Hanioti, within a complex of villas in a quiet location. It is about 800m away from the beach and has its own swimming pool. It can host up to six people. The complex has its own water supply system, so there is no fear of running out of water.
The market is about 500m from the villa, and at a similar distance there are shops, restaurants and bakeries, as well as the town center.
The villa has two levels. On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchen and dining room and a toilet, and on the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. It is designed to accommodate six adults and one child. Both bedrooms have a double bed, and the living room has two pull-out sofas.
A baby cot can be obtained on request and this service is not charged separately.
The accommodation is air-conditioned (there is one air conditioner in each room). Free WiFi, flat-screen TV in every room, iron and hairdryer (on request), washing machine and fully equipped kitchen are at guests' disposal. In the kitchen there is a stove with two burners, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, microwave and a kettle.
There is a toilet on the ground floor, and a bathroom with a shower without a screen or curtain on the first floor.
The terrace leading out from the bedrooms is furnished with seating and has a distant view of the sea. You can spend most of your time on the front porch or by the pool, enjoying the sunbeds. The pool also has a special sound system, so this will be especially pleasant in the evening moments of relaxing.
A barbecue is also available to guests.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation, with prior agreement and additional payment.
The cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay is done by the guests themselves. Towels and bed linen can be changed for an additional fee.
A parking space is provided for the guests of the accommodation within the yard, which is fenced.
