Bookings
- The minimum stay period is six nights.
- For bookings of fewer than 6 nights, an additional fee may apply.
- for a 5-night stay, an additional fee of 50€ will be added to the total price of the stay,
- for a 4-night stay, an additional fee of 100€ will be added to the total price of the stay,
- for a 3-night stay, an additional fee of 150€ will be added to the total price of the stay.
The environmental tax is not included in the price and amounts to 8€ per night.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 35% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
Kira Studio is located in a beautifully arranged accommodation complex, 400m away from the beach in Hanioti - a resort on the eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula and 700m away from the central square. The modernly equipped units provide comfort and a pleasant atmosphere for an ideal vacation, with a panoramic view of the Toroneos Gulf.
There are two accommodation units available, located on the first and second floor, intended for the stay of two adults and two children. They consist of a living room, a kitchen with a dining table, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed and a children's crib, while the living room includes a sofa bed for two.
The air-conditioned units feature a TV, WiFi internet, a washing machine, a kitchen equipped with two burners, a standard refrigerator, a microwave oven, and a kettle. The bathroom includes a shower cabin.
From the balcony, furnished with a seating set, there is a panoramic view of the sea.
Pets are not allowed. A parking space is provided for the accommodation guests.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for hygiene during their stay. They are provided with towels and bed linen, which are changed only after leaving the accommodation.
Kira Studio is 4.5km away from Pefkohori, 11.6km from Xenia Beach, and 91.4km from Thessaloniki Airport.
