Minimum stay is 6 nights.
A damage deposit of 1500€, which the owner keeps in case of compensation for possible damage, is required and should be paid in cash on check-in. It will be returned upon check-out, after the inspection of the general condition of the house.
Accommodation Climate Crisis Resilience Fee is 15€ per night.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Meltemi Pool Villa is located in Hanioti, within a complex of villas in a quiet location. It is located right on the beach and has a private heated pool. It can host up to ten people. This luxury villa has a massage room, sauna, jacuzzi and hammam, as well as an indoor swimming pool.
The market is about 700m from the villa, and at a similar distance there are shops, restaurants and bakeries, as well as the town center.
The villa has three levels. On the ground floor there is a living room with kitchen and dining room and a toilet. There are three bedrooms on the first floor, each with a double bed and all air-conditioned. Two bedrooms have their own bathroom. Partially in the basement there is another bedroom with a double bed, bathroom, relaxation area (indoor pool, hammam, sauna and living room with sofas) as well as another fully equipped kitchen. It is designed to accommodate ten people.
A baby cot can be obtained on request and this service is not charged separately.
The accommodation is air-conditioned (there is an air conditioner in every room). Free WiFi, flat screen TV in every room, iron and hairdryer (on request), washing machine, dishwasher and fully equipped kitchens are available to guests. The kitchens have a stove with four burners, a large oven and a large refrigerator with a freezer.
You can spend most of your time on the front porch or by the pool, enjoying the sunbeds.
A barbecue is also available to guests.
The cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay is done by the guests themselves. Towels and bed linen can be changed for an additional fee.
A parking space in the yard is provided for the guests of the accommodation.
