Hotel Description

The Gajić Apartment is located on the Kassandra peninsula, in the small town of Kalitea, approximately 400m from the sea and 150m from the town center with promenades, shops, and restaurants. The 58m2 air-conditioned apartment consists of three rooms, two of which are bedrooms, while the third room serves as a living room and kitchen, hallway, and newly renovated bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove, coffee maker, and complete tableware and utensils.

The bedrooms are furnished with one double bed, or two single beds, linens, and wardrobes. Guests have access to a washing machine with a clothes drying rack, hairdryer, iron with ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and outdoor seating set. The living room features a SMART TV, Bluetooth player, and WI-FI internet is provided.

Upon agreement with the owners, additional cleaning is possible at no extra charge.

The exit from the living room and bedrooms leads to a 20m2 courtyard area where guests can sit, relax, and use the barbecue.

The Gajić Apartment can accommodate 4 people.

The apartment is a bit further from the beach, but it is truly excellent; it has everything you need.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
