Owners description
Gajić Apartment is located on the Kassandra peninsula, in a town called Kallithea, about 400m from the sea, and 150m from the center with a promenade, shops and restaurants. The apartment with an area of 58m2 is air conditioned, contains three bedrooms, hallway and newly renovated bathroom, two of which are bedrooms, while the third room is used as a living room and kitchen. The kitchen includes: refrigerator, electric oven, coffee maker and complete dishes and cutlery.
The bedrooms are equipped with one double bed and two single beds, bed linen and wardrobes. Guests have at their disposal a washing machine with a drying rack, a hairdryer, an iron with an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner and outdoor furniture. In the living room there is a SMART TV, Bluetooth player, WI-FI internet is provided.
The exit from the living room and bedroom leads to a part of the yard of 20m2 where guests can sit, relax and use the barbecue.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
