Kallithea Apartment is located in Kallithea, on the Kassandra peninsula, Halkidiki, 500m distance from the beach.
The apartment, located on the second floor of a residential building, has one bedroom and can accommodate a maximum of five adults. In the bedroom, there is a double bed, one two sofas for one person, while in the living room, there are one sofa for one person.
Within the air-conditioned apartment, guests have at their disposal free WiFi, TV, two bathrooms, one of which has a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four hotplates and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
