Kallithea Apartment is located in Kallithea, on the Kassandra peninsula, Halkidiki, 500m distance from the beach.
The apartment, located on the second floor of a residential building, has one bedroom and can accommodate a maximum of five adults. In the bedroom, there is a double bed, one two sofas for one person, while in the living room, there are one sofa for one person.
Within the air-conditioned apartment, guests have at their disposal free WiFi, TV, two bathrooms, one of which has a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four hotplates and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings, with a sea view from a distance, on the large balcony of this accommodation equipped with two tables and many chairs.
Pets are allowed upon request.
Cleaning of the accommodation during the stay is done by the guests themselves, bed linen are provided, but towels are not provided.
No parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation, but there are usually free spaces on the street where the accommodation is located.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Kallithea Apartment je prostran, potpuno opremljen sa svim što vam je potrebno. Terasa je ogromna, sa lepom garniturom za sedenje i tendama, ne morate ulaziti u apartman. Kreveti za spavanje su jako udobni, što nam je uvek važno, sobe su prostrane, ima dva kupatila, veš mašinu.... Ispred apartmana je lepo uredjeno dvorište, ulica je lepa i mirna i odmah preko su i stepenice za plažu, koje mi nismo koristili jer smo išli kolima zbog malog deteta, ali sve je blizu. Sa vlasnikom, g. Konstantinosom smo imali odličnu komunikaciju.
