Owners description
Vitamin Sea Apartments and Studios are located in Kallithea, 450m from the beach. There are four units - two two-bed and one three-bed studio, as well as one four-bed apartment.

All units have air conditioning, TV, WiFi, hair dryer. In the kitchen of each unit there are two hotplates and one standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, while the bathrooms have shower cabins with a glass partition.
The apartment has one bedroom in which there is one double bed, and in the living room there is one sofa intended for two people. There is a washing machine in the apartment that guests can use, while for other guests staying in the studios there is a possibility to do laundry with an additional fee.
Also, each unit has its own balcony. The apartment has a view of the courtyard and the street, while the studios have a view only of the street.
In the fenced yard, which the guests of this accommodation share with other guests from the building complex, there are tables, chairs, lawn, barbecue, children's playground, as well as an outdoor shower. There is also a swimming pool that can be used from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Along side the pool their are sunbeds that can be used for free.
Cleaning is done exclusively on request and is it has an additional charge. It is necessary for the guests to inform the owner by phone when they want their accommodation unit to be cleaned.
Towels and bed linen are changed every three days, but only upon prior request.
Small pets are allowed on prior request.
Parking is secure and located on the street.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 5 or more days prior to arrival, 15% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
