Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 5 or more days prior to arrival, 15% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
Accommodation Vitamin Sea Apartments and Studios is located not far from the center of Kallithea. We offer one four-bed apartment. It is located in a complex of buildings and has a swimming pool in the common yard.
The accommodation is about 450m away from the beach, on the way downhill or uphill on the way back. The nearest markets, cafes, restaurants and bakery are about 100m away.
The apartment is located on the first floor of the building. The four-bed apartment has a double bed and a pull-out sofa for two people.
A baby cot is available to guests upon request and this service is free of charge.
The accommodation unit is neat and nicely decorated, air-conditioned, has free Wi-Fi, TV, hairdryer, iron, mosquito nets, as well as a kitchen equipped with a stove with two burners, a kettle and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
The apartment has a washing machine.
The apartment has two terraces, one facing the street and a passing terrace at the entrance to the apartment, facing the yard.
Guests can use the barbecue in the common yard, as well as the possibility of using the swimming pool, sunbeds and umbrellas, free of charge.
Within the courtyard there is also a children's corner with swings, a slide and a see-saw, which are located right next to the pool.
Accommodation is not pet friendly.
The cleaning of the accommodation unit during the stay is done by the guests themselves. Changing of bed linen and towels is not provided.
The accommodation does not have private parking, but there is a free parking space nearby, along the street. The facility is located across the street from a large private parking lot, where parking is possible for an additional fee.
Vitamin Sea Apartments and Studios is a good choice for guests who prefer accommodation in a good location - close to the center and various amenities offered by Kallithea.
