Description
Vitamin Sea Apartments and Studios is located not far from the center of Kallithea. It has a two-bed and three-bed studio and one four-bed apartment. It is located in a complex of buildings and has a swimming pool in the common yard.
The accommodation is about 450m away from the beach, on the way downhill or uphill on the way back. The nearest markets, cafes, restaurants and bakery are about 100m away.
The apartment is located on the first floor of the building, and the studio is on the second floor.
The four-bed apartment has a double bed and a pull-out sofa for two people. There is a double bed in the double studio, and a double bed and a sofa in the three-bed studio.
A baby cot is available to guests, upon request, and this service is free of charge.
The units are neat and nicely decorated, air-conditioned, have free Wi-Fi, TV, hairdryer, iron (apartment only), mosquito nets, as well as kitchens equipped with a stove with two burners, a kettle and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
Only the apartment has a washing machine. There is a laundry service for guests of the studio, for an additional fee.
All units have terraces facing the street. Only the apartment has a walk-through terrace at the entrance to the apartment, which looks towards the courtyard.
Guests can use the barbecue in the common yard, as well as the possibility of using the swimming pool, sunbeds and umbrellas, free of charge.
Within the courtyard there is also a children's corner, with swings, a slide and a see-saw, which are located right next to the pool.
Staying with pets is not allowed.
The cleaning of accommodation units during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, which can be obtained on request, is done by the guests themselves. In this accommodation, for the service of cleaning the accommodation after the departure of the guests, an additional payment of €50 per reservation for a studio and €60 per reservation for an apartment is mandatory.
There is no parking space provided for guests of the accommodation, but there is a free parking space in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, along the street. The facility is located across the street from a large private parking lot, where parking is possible with mandatory payment.
Vitamin Sea Apartments and Studios is a good choice for guests who prefer accommodation in a good location - close to the center and various amenities offered by Kallithea.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 5 or more days prior to arrival, 15% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
