Villa Emmenidis is located in the main pedestrian area of Kallithea and only 100m from the beach.

Villa Emmenidis offers accommodation in three-bed studios that are equipped with a kitchenette (a stove with two hot plates) with a refrigerator, a bathroom with a shower, air conditioning and a TV. All studios are located on the first floor and offer a direct view of the sea.

The villa is extremely well positioned, it is in the very center of town, surrounded by cafes, pastry shops, grocery stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and all other facilities that Kallithea offers. The villa has access to both the main road and the pedestrian zone.

The beach can be reached by passing through the park where there are steps leading directly to the beach in front of the Ammon Zeus Hotel.

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
