Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

*Liliana House is located on the north-eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula, in the town of Kallithea, which is located on a hill with a fantastic view of the turquoise sea, and 700m away from the beach with a long shallow and turquoise, clear and very clean water. *
According to its structure, this accommodation is a maisonette on four levels intended for a maximum of six adults. On the lowest level, which is at the basement level, there is a bathroom, a storage room with a washing machine and an ironing board and an open sleeping area with a double bed; on the second level, which is in the semi-basement level, there is an open sleeping area with one bed for one person and a drawer bed of the same dimensions as the bed for one person; on the third level, which is at the level of the high ground floor, there is a living room, kitchen and bathroom, while on the fourth level, which is at the level of the first floor, there is an open gallery with a sleeping area with a double bed.
Within this air-conditioned accommodation, which has two independent cooling units, one in the basement and one on the upper ground floor, guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV in both the living room and the sleeping area in the basement, a hairdryer, two bathrooms , as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass ceramic rings and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings with a view of the yard on the balcony equipped with seating.
Your stay can be made more pleasant by the possibility of preparing a barbecue with family and friends, as well as the possibility of using the swimming pool, sunbeds and umbrellas, which are located in the neighboring building, with an additional charge.Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the accommodation during the stay, replacement of bed linen and towels is not provided.
There is no parking space provided for accommodation guests, but there is always a free parking space in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, along the street.
Liliana House is located 4 km from the romantic town of Afitos, 20 km from the popular resort of Pefkohori, and 77 km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.
