Lily Apartment is located on the northeastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula, in Kallithea, a village situated on an elevation offering a fantastic view of the turquoise sea. It is 700m away from a beach with a long shallow area and turquoise, clear, and very clean water.
Structured as a four-level maisonette, this maisonette can accommodate up to six adults. The lowest level, at the basement level, includes a bathroom, a storage room with a washing machine and ironing board, and an open sleeping area with a double bed. On the second level, at the semi-basement, there is an open sleeping area with a single bed and a pull-out bed of the same size as the single bed. The third level, at the high ground floor level, consists of a living room, kitchen, and bathroom, while the fourth level, on the first-floor level, features an open gallery with a sleeping area with a double bed.
This air-conditioned accommodation, equipped with two independent cooling units (one in the basement and one on the high ground floor), offers guests free WiFi, flat-screen TVs in both the living room and the sleeping area in the basement, a hairdryer, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass-ceramic hotplates and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

Your stay can be made more pleasant by the possibility of preparing a barbecue with family and friends, as well as the possibility of using the swimming pool, sunbeds, and umbrellas, which are located in the neighboring property, with an additional charge of 10€ per day regardless of the number of people.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
The cleaning of the accommodation unit during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, which are at their disposal, are performed by the guests themselves. The accommodation cleaning service is available to the guests, with an additional charge of 75€ per service, while an additional set of bed linen and towels can be provided for an additional charge of 25€ per service.
Parking is not provided for guests, but street parking is always available near the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
