Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Liliana House is the perfect choice for those seeking comfortable and spacious accommodation with a stunning view of the turquoise sea, just 700 meters from the beach. This modernly equipped maisonette offers everything needed for an unforgettable family vacation or a stay with friends.
The property is located on the northeastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula, in the village of Kalithea, known for its elevated position offering breathtaking sea views. The nearest beach, with crystal-clear water and a long shallow area, is just a short distance from the property.
Liliana House is a four-level maisonette designed to accommodate up to six adults. The lowest level (basement) features an open sleeping area with a double bed, a bathroom, and a storage room equipped with a washing machine and an ironing board. The second level (semi-basement) includes an open sleeping area with a single bed and a pull-out bed of the same size. The third level (ground floor) has the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a second bathroom. The top level (first floor) is an open gallery with a double bed.
The maisonette is air-conditioned, with one AC located in the basement and another on the ground floor. Guests can enjoy free WiFi, TVs in the living room and in the sleeping area in basement, and a fully equipped kitchen that includes a stove with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. Both bathrooms are equipped with modern amenities, and a hairdryer and washing machine are also provided.
You can relax on the balcony, which is furnished with seating and offers a view of the well-maintained courtyard.
