Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 7 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Aya Apartment located in the village of Kalithea, on the northeast coast of Kassandra, at a distance of 650m from the beautiful sandy beach with numerous bars.
The apartment is situated on the first floor and can accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children. It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa bed for two.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, as well as a kitchen equipped with an induction hob, a large fridge with a freezer, and a coffee maker. The bathroom includes a shower tray with a curtain.
On warm summer days, overlooking the pool, guests can relax on the balcony furnished with seating. The apartment has two balconies.
Guests have complimentary use of the pool and sun loungers.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for hygiene during their stay, with an additional set of towels and bed linen available for their own change.
There is no private parking available, but free parking spots can easily be found in front of the accommodation or along the street where it is located.

Καλημέρα, ευχές και καλή χρονιά. θα θέλαμε να επισκεφτούμε τον παλιό Έλληνα πατέρα μας, τον παππού μας στην Ελλάδα για να δει την εγγονή και την κόρη του. ποιες είναι οι επιλογές για να μείνεις μαζί σου; Αφορά 2 ενήλικες και 1 κόρη 10 ετών και ένα μικρό ελληνικό σκυλάκι. για διαμονή 9 ή 10 ημερών εξαρτάται από την τιμή που μπορείτε να μας προσφέρετε. περίοδο από 30 Ιουλίου έως 8 Αυγούστου για 9 ή 10 ημέρες, η ημερομηνία μπορεί να αλλάξει, επειδή οι τιμές των πτήσεων ποικίλλουν πάντα και είναι πολύ ακριβές.
