Amazon Sea View House is located in the resort of Kallithea, on the Kassandra peninsula, and presents an excellent choice for guests who hold proximity to the beach and enjoying their morning coffee on the balcony with a direct view of the sea at the top of their priority list. Considering that it is located in a building positioned in the first row to the beach, the accommodation is only 20 m away from it, while the center of the resort is located in the immediate vicinity, 400 m away, which ensures a vacation during which guests won’t have to worry about transportation, but will be able to focus all their energy on immersing themselves in the atmosphere of one of the most beautiful resorts of Kassandra.

The apartment is located on the third floor, which provides an excellent view of the beautiful blue sea of Toroneos Bay. It is intended for a maximum of six adults and two children, and consists of a living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while the living room features two sofas intended for two people each.

A baby cot is included in the price and can be provided upon request, with prior notice at the time of booking.

The apartment is air-conditioned, and the air conditioner is positioned in the living room, which additionally contributes to the guests’ comfort, especially during the hot summer days of the hottest months of the season. The apartment is equipped with a wireless internet connection, while guests can use the kitchen, fully suitable for preparing meals, equipped with a stove with four hotplates and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. The fact that the apartment is equipped with a washing machine and a hair dryer will make the stay of guests in this accommodation even more pleasant.

A total of two balconies is available to the guests, the larger of which has a magical view of the sea and is equipped with seating furniture, so that nothing spoils the guests’ enjoyment of their first morning coffee. This balcony is accessed from the living room and from one of the bedrooms. Also, within the apartment there is another balcony, which can be accessed from the second bedroom.

It is possible to stay in this facility with small pets, whose arrival must be announced in advance during the reservation. Additionally, a pet fee will be charged, while guests are also supposed to leave a security deposit, which will be returned at the end of the stay if no damage has occurred.

Cleaning and linen and towel change services are not provided, but there is the possibility of providing these services for an additional fee. During the stay, the hygiene of the apartment is taken care of by the guests themselves.

One private parking space is provided for the guests of this apartment.

Amazon Sea View House is the perfect choice for a vacation without the need for daily transportation and a lot of planning, while you have everything you need, even the beach, right under your window. However, if guests would like to explore further, this apartment is 12 km away from Polychrono, 16 km from Hanioti and 20 km from Pefkochori. The nearest international airport is in Thessaloniki, 78 km away.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.

Price note

Minimum stay requirement is six nights.
Upon arrival at the accommodation, guests staying with pets are required to leave a security deposit of 200€. The deposit will be retained by the owner as security in case of any damage, and will be refunded in full if no damage has been caused.
Environmental tax is not included in the price and is 15€ per night.
