Kallithea 26 Apartment is a comfortable and pleasant accommodation located in one of the most famous resorts on Kassandra – Kallithea. Situated 810 m from the beach and 640 m from the town center, it offers the opportunity for a memorable holiday spent with friends or family. This accommodation is part of a newly built residential complex, recognizable for its modern exterior and swimming pool, which provides a unique experience for all residents, especially the youngest guests.

The studio is located in a semi-basement, accessible via five steps, and is suitable for a maximum of four adults. The accommodation consists of an open-plan sleeping area with a kitchen and a bathroom. During their stay, guests are accommodated on a double bed, as well as on two fold-out armchairs.

A baby cot is included in the price and can be provided upon the guests’ prior request at the time of booking.

The studio is fully air-conditioned and is also equipped with a smart TV and wireless WiFi internet connection, providing additional comfort during the stay. The kitchen is suitable for preparing light meals and is equipped with a built-in hob with two ceramic glass burners, a kettle, as well as a small refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. A hairdryer is also available to guests during their stay.

In addition to the swimming pool, which is the main advantage of staying at this accommodation and is located within the residential complex, with access available to all residents, guests can also spend time outdoors by using the veranda.

Cleaning services and the replacement of bed linen and towels are not provided, and guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation themselves during their stay. There is a possibility of arranging these services for an additional fee.

Pets are not allowed at this accommodation.

Private parking is not provided, and guests can park their vehicles along the street.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 1 days prior arrival. If cancelled 10 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
