Description
Sunrise Villa is located within a complex of villas, 2km away from the village of Kriopigi and 1km from the nearest beach on the eastern coast of Kassandra. Due to its favorable geographical position and proximity to the resorts of Kalithea and Polychrono, Kriopigi represents an excellent starting point for exploring the eastern coast, as well as the entire peninsula.
The nearest market is at 2.4km, located on the main street in Kriopigi, where numerous cafes and restaurants are also situated.
The villa spans two levels and is designed to accommodate up to eight people. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom with a bathroom and a toilet, while on the first floor, there are two bedrooms and an additional bathroom. All bedrooms feature king-size beds, and in the kitchen area, there is a single bed and a sofa within the living room.
Within this air-conditioned villa, which includes cooling units in all bedrooms and the living room, guests have access to a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi internet, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator with a freezer, a stove with four ceramic hobs and a large oven, a dishwasher, and a kettle. The bathrooms are equipped with hydromassage shower cabins. Small pets are allowed to stay in this accommodation, with prior agreement with the owners and an additional fee.
During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the accommodation, as well as for changing bed linen and towels. For all reservations, there is a mandatory cleaning fee at the end of the stay.
Guests can enjoy the covered veranda equipped with loungers or the balcony with a distant sea view. Within the carefully maintained yard, guests have the opportunity to barbecue with family and friends in a large summerhouse that includes an outdoor kitchen and a seating area.
Parking space is available for guests within the complex.
Coming from the direction of Thessaloniki, after passing through Kriopigi and heading towards Polychrono, make a sharp right turn (across from the entrance to the Kassandra Palace complex) and drive straight for the next 500m, then after 150m, turn left into a complex of eight houses where Sunrise Villa is located - it is the first house on the right in the bottom row.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
