Owners description
Natalia House is located in the small village of Kriopigi, 2.6km away from the nearest beach and 1.4km from the town center, on the eastern coast of Kassandra. Due to its favorable geographical position and proximity to the resorts of Kalithea and Polychrono, Kriopigi serves as an excellent starting point for exploring the eastern coast, and even the entire peninsula.
This house spreads over two levels and is designed to accommodate up to eight people. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, while on the first floor, there are three bedrooms and an additional bathroom. All bedrooms feature a double bed and the living room includes a sofa for two people.
Within this air-conditioned house, equipped with independent cooling units in two bedrooms and the living room, guests have on their disposal a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, Wi-Fi internet, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge with freezer, a stove with four ceramic hobs and a large oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster and a kettle.
Guests can spend warm summer days on the veranda or balcony furnished with seating sets and offering a distant sea view.
In the enclosed and well-maintained yard, there is a private pool with sun loungers and guests also have the option of preparing barbecue with family and friends.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation upon prior agreement with the owners and for an additional fee.
During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the accommodation, as well as for changing the bed linen and towels, the clean set of which is provided. All reservations incur a mandatory cleaning fee at the end of the stay, and cleaning service during the stay is also available for an extra charge.
Guests can park in front of the accommodation or in the surrounding streets.
Thessaloniki International Airport is 83km away from Natalia House, while the popular places of Kalithea and Polychrono are 7km away.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
