Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
Breathtaking Sea View Apartment is located in Mola Kaliva, right on the beach, providing immediate access to the sea. This accommodation is the perfect choice for families and groups looking for a peaceful retreat, with close proximity to local attractions and the natural beauty of the Kassandra peninsula.
The apartment, located on the second floor of a residential building, can accommodate up to seven people. It consists of three bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, while the third has two single beds. An additional bed can be added for the seventh person.
Upon request, a baby crib is available at no extra charge.
This air-conditioned apartment offers free WiFi, a TV, a hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner ceramic stove, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster. The bathroom has a bathtub without a shower curtain.
