Breathtaking Sea View Apartment is an accommodation located right on the beach, in the small town of Mola Kaliva, on the west side of Kassandra.
The apartment, situated on the second floor of a residential building, can accommodate up to seven people. The unit consists of three bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds, and in the third bedroom has two single beds. It is possible to insert extra bed for the seventh person.
On request, included in the price, a baby cot is available.
In this air-conditioned apartment, guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a big fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The bathroom features a shower tray without a curtain.
Enjoy pleasant mornings and evenings with a sea view on the balconies furnished with seating sets. Each bedroom has access to a balcony.

Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the apartment during their stay, as well as for changing the bed linen and towels (provided). There is a mandatory cleaning service fee for all reservations.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
