We were pleased with the accommodation; the price-to-quality ratio is entirely satisfactory. The only issue is the exceptionally poor internet, specifically the Wi-Fi connection. Everything else is good and in line with what was presented in the accommodation description: two bedrooms, a large terrace, well-equipped, with bed linens and towels changed after four days, and cleanliness is good.

An excellent apartment, spacious and clean, featuring a vast terrace. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the toilet and shower cabin are roomy, even for someone who is 2 meters tall.

The accommodation is excellent for a family of four; everything is clean and tidy. The beach, which is spacious and wide, is located about 200 meters away, or approximately 300-400 meters from the sun loungers and the promenade. There is no parking available, but there is always space on the street, and those who wish can drive to the beach since there is parking available along the beach (there is really no need). Overall, it is excellent.

Good day. This was our first visit to Flogita, and we were pleasantly surprised by this place. The sea is fantastic, just like in most areas of Halkidiki. The apartment owners are exceptionally kind and attentive, always ready to assist. The only minor complaint is that the furniture in the apartment could be newer. The children complain that the beds creak quite a bit. Nevertheless, overall, I would recommend these apartments and this destination as a lovely place for a vacation.

The accommodation is clean and functional, and the terrace is excellent. However, the beds, pillows, wardrobe, and kitchen leave much to be desired. The bed is so "creaky" that any change in position wakes the person sleeping (I shared the bed with my daughter). The pillows are too high and firm. The wardrobe has handles that were secured with excessively long screws protruding from the inside of the wardrobe doors, and we regularly injured ourselves on them. The bottom drawer of the wardrobe lacked handles for pulling it open. The kitchen table is unusable; four people cannot fit in the kitchen.

An excellent location, close to the beach. The owners are friendly, and the accommodation is decent for the price; however, the bathroom is quite small and inconvenient to use.

The accommodation is slightly distant from the center, situated on a gentle slope. Everything is old and in need of renovation. It is clean. The owner is kind and accommodating.

Is the ground floor apartment accessible for a person in a wheelchair?

The accommodation was satisfactory, except for the ants that appeared daily in the kitchen. The bed linens and towels were changed regularly. The terrace is spacious, and the location is adequate, with a crib and a high chair provided for the baby. Parking is not available, so you have to find a spot on the street, especially on weekends when chaos ensues. The landlady, Katarina, is very kind and fair, but her husband, Sakis, or as we nicknamed him, Smarakis, is a nightmare. You get the impression that you are in a student dormitory, where you must pass by the porter Sakis every time, who scrutinizes what you bring in and whether you thoroughly washed your feet from the sand before entering the apartment. No one is allowed to enter the apartment unless they are staying there, not even for coffee on the terrace. The apartment would be recommended, despite the fact that the furniture is quite old and there aren't enough wardrobes for storing clothes, if it weren't for this unfortunate Sakis, who should be avoided at all costs, so we do not recommend staying there.

We are pleased with the accommodation; the lovely terraces and a good location since it is not in the noisy part of town, but the best impression was left by the hosts.

We are satisfied, and we particularly appreciated the kindness and unobtrusiveness of the hosts. The accommodation is highly recommendable. The location is good, close to the market and the beach. Unfortunately, the part of the beach that is closer to the apartments is no longer as beautiful as in previous years. The hosts are very pleasant and available for any questions.

The rooms are exceptionally clean, and the entire house exudes beauty and meticulous upkeep. You can conveniently park your car next to the house. A delightful stay with hospitable staff and a welcoming owner.

The apartments are clean, spacious, with large terraces and awnings, comfortable, and in the kitchen, alongside the dishes, we found even dishwashing liquids, sponges, and cleaning cloths. Towels and bed linens are changed every four days. The courtyard is beautifully maintained, and the hosts are friendly and pleasant. It is a bit far from the center where the restaurants are, perhaps about 15-20 minutes, which may be a drawback for someone walking there to eat, if they do not prepare food in the apartment. There is no private parking in the courtyard, but there is enough space on the street in front of the house. Greetings to the hosts and Nikana.

Like other users, I agree that it is clean. However, that is all that can be said positively. In front of the apartments are tables where guests gather, as well as their acquaintances from other apartments. The noise is unbearable, especially since the house rules are not respected. For instance, at half past one in the morning, loud music is played, making it impossible to sleep or rest. When I was there with my family, the guests were Albanians living in England who deliberately provoked Serbian tourists. I cannot recommend this accommodation. I suggest avoiding it.

I have no complaints; I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone! It is clean, well-organized, and the owners are friendly! Truly a perfect ten!!!

The opinion on Panorama apartments is exceptionally positive. The first thing I would highlight is the cleanliness. I am not sure if we were in an apartment that had not been used before, but it was perfectly clean. Everything, from the bathroom, refrigerator, kitchen, and dishes, to the remote controls for the air conditioning and TV, was wrapped in plastic foil. The owners truly take care of this. The apartment is spacious, with two completely separate rooms, a kitchen, a dining area, and a huge terrace with a view of the sea :) if it weren't for the other buildings. The sea is 150m away, on flat terrain. There is a supermarket 80m away with prices comparable to Lidl, often even cheaper. The owners of Panorama apartments are courteous. In the well-kept courtyard, there are tables with umbrellas, and in the corner, there is a grill. The only thing missing is facilities for children. Otherwise, the place is peaceful and quiet, except during the time when the owner brings out the canary that sings incessantly. Flogita, as a destination, is decent regarding the beaches. A classic, kilometer-long sandy beach, but without natural shade. However, for those traveling by car, it is excellently positioned between Nea Kalikratia and Nea Maudanja. For example, the nearby beach, about 3 km away, offers excellent shade, as does the beach 6 km away in Nea Maudanja with pine trees providing cover throughout the day. In Flogita, there is plenty to offer, including a market that operates from morning until night with very reasonable prices and a good selection of fruits and vegetables. The promenade is well-maintained and connects to neighboring Nea Plagia, stretching 6 km. In Nea Plagia, there is a trap for parents in the form of a Luna park. It is worth visiting and strolling through neighboring Nea Kalikratia and Nea Maudanja.

During my stay in Nea Flogiti at Panorama Apartments, I can only express my gratitude for the exceptional service. The hosts were friendly, the rooms were very clean and tidy, and the accommodation units were spacious, making them perfect for a family stay. Nea Flogita itself is a beautiful and vibrant place with a wide sandy beach suitable for children. There are no crowds like in typical tourist destinations. It is truly a place for a proper vacation.
