The stove burner is extremely slow; it takes half an hour for the water to boil for a single cup of coffee. It seems to me that there is no house rule in place, as it was quite noisy around 11 PM, with other guests banging doors and making noise on the terraces. For the last two days, we had no hot water, presumably due to the use of solar panels, as it was cloudy. Although the owners are very kind, I would not choose this accommodation again.

The apartment is entirely new and immaculate. Adjacent to it is a spacious parking area, but guests of the villa can also park in the courtyard. The hosts are exceptionally kind and always ready to assist.

The accommodation deserves all the praise, as do the two brothers who are there for anything you need and who clean the apartment every 4-5 days. Everything is exceptionally clean, and you have all that you require. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay; hats off to the guys! 👏👏

The only complaint was that there was no hot water after 6:30 PM, but the hosts explained that this was due to the solar panels, and they could potentially solve it by switching to electricity automatically if feasible. The cleanliness is exceptional, and the changing of bed linens and towels was done as promised. They deserve high praise.

We had a wonderful vacation in Flogita. We particularly enjoyed the spacious beach and the clear sea, along with the unique cafes along the shore. The pastry shop near the apartment was a special experience. The apartment fully matched the description. All praises!

You maintain cleanliness on a daily basis, while the owners organize cleaning and linen and towel changes every few days. The owners, two brothers, are always available for any assistance, and they are very polite and organized. They provide parking for cars, which was also important to us. As for the location, the beach is just four minutes away, the promenade is two minutes away, and right next to it is a store, while fruit vendors come to the promenade at night.

We stayed from July 3rd to July 17th, 2021, accommodated in a five-bed apartment on the ground floor with a spacious terrace (i.e., courtyard). The apartments are managed by the brothers Pavlos and Vasilis, who are exceptionally kind, polite, and cultured, always available (spending most of the day in the building) and eager to assist with any needs you may have. The apartments are extremely clean, well-equipped, and have everything you need; everything looks exactly as it does in the pictures. The bed linens and towels, as well as the cleaning of the entire apartment and terrace, are done every five days... I was delighted by the cleanliness and freshness when we returned from the beach and entered inside. The beach is nearby (gradual entry into the water, clear and pristine water), and it features sunbeds that belong to a café patisserie with phenomenal cakes and ice cream. You receive a sunbed with a drink (e.g., frappe for 3.5 euros). There is also a supermarket and a bakery close to the apartment. We returned home extremely satisfied!

We spent a wonderful ten days in Flogita. The place is larger and more vibrant than we had anticipated, and the apartments are situated in a perfect location where any potential noise is hardly noticeable. It takes just three minutes to walk to the sea on a flat, asphalted path, making the accommodation suitable for families with small children. The apartment we stayed in was on the second floor; it did not have a sea view, but the sound of the sea can be heard when the other noises settle down, ensuring a perfect sleep. Everything was impeccably clean, and all the appliances functioned flawlessly. The only potential drawback for some might be the slower internet speed of 2-3 Mbps, although the coverage throughout the apartment is good. It is also possible to make calls, even video calls, with minimal difficulties. The staff maintaining the accommodation are very friendly and are happy to answer any questions and assist if needed. The accommodation includes private parking, which is very important during weekends when there is more crowding. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend both the accommodation and the location. Although the bad weather occurred relatively recently, the locals managed to restore everything within 24 hours, leaving the uprooted trees as a testament to the disaster that befell them.

I stayed from June 26 to July 6, 2019, in a five-person apartment on the ground floor, while my parents were in a four-person apartment, also on the ground floor. Both have a lovely courtyard. The four-person apartment overlooks the courtyard, while the five-person apartment faces the street, but the courtyard is rectangular and long, so you don't feel like you're on the street at all. Since we were with four children, they had plenty of space to run around. The Wi-Fi was good, and the owners even added a signal booster. The apartments are comfortable, there is enough cookware, and if anything is missing, the hosts provided it. I received a hairdryer upon request. The only issue I encountered was the inadequate placement of the drying line on the terraces of the apartments on the first and second floors, which caused water to drip into the courtyard, but I am unsure how that could be resolved.

We are currently staying in apartment 1/4 at the Hermanos property, on the second floor, with two small children. The accommodation is located in a quiet part of the settlement, just a minute's walk from the city beach. The beach is long and has areas where you can use your own umbrella, as well as sections where you can enjoy a drink while using a sunbed and umbrella. The sea is clean and warm, with occasional stronger waves. The hosts are very kind, two brothers, young men, who speak English. The apartment is clean, tidy, and equipped with dishes for four people (plates, coffee and milk cups, salad bowl, coffee pots, two smaller plastic bowls and a strainer, spoons, knives, forks, and a deeper frying pan). The kitchen has a standard stove with a small oven and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. There is a table and chairs on the terrace, as well as a line for drying laundry. The view from the terrace is away from the beach, but that is not particularly important. The bathroom is small, with a shower cabin and curtain, but it is clean and tidy, without a window, though it has ventilation. The apartment consists of two rooms; one has a French bed, and the other has two beds. The second, larger room contains a TV, air conditioning, a dining table, and chairs. There are plenty of built-in wardrobes and storage space, as well as a shoe rack at the entrance, so that suitcases and bags do not clutter the room. Hygiene supplies are available in the room, and there is a hose and water for washing sand off shoes on the terrace, as well as at the entrance to the house in the yard. Mosquito nets are installed on the terrace doors and windows, as well as blinds. Recommendation - bring something against mosquitoes, as there are quite a few! There is always hot water available, and parking is directly in front of the property along the street, so we can see the car from the terrace. If there is no space right in front of the house, there is free parking about 5-10 meters away. Overall, a positive impression; a small, quiet place, and we are satisfied with the accommodation. We recommend it for families with two small children, it is perfectly fine!
