Anna Villa is located in the center of Nea Flogita, in front of the beach, which is the hallmark of this place because of its extraordinary length (7km) and tidiness, as well as the fine sand at the entrance to the water.

The accommodation consists of three triple apartments (No. 1, 3 and 7), but only the apartment No. 1 (low-ground floor, 50cm above yard level) is available for online booking. The apartments (25m2) have a bedroom with one double and a single bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a mini-stove with oven and a fridge, bathroom with an edged shower area and curtain, internet and a terrace.

Guests are responsible for the hygiene of the accommodation during their stay. Bed linen is changed halfway through the stay (for reservations of 10 nights or more). Towels are not provided, they can be obtained in agreement with the owners of the accommodation, with an additional charge.

Public parking is nearby, and according to the owner, there’s always a space to park in front of the accommodation.

Anna Villa is a great choice for everyone looking for decent accommodation, with proximity to the beach and center being their top priorities.

The accommodation is situated in a great location, but the view from the terrace overlooks a stall. It is clean and modest, and the owner is friendly and available for any inquiries.

The villa is situated in an excellent location. The bathroom needs renovation, but the large terrace is a wonderful addition that compensates for it all. The price-quality ratio is realistic.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
