Our description
Anna Villa is located in the center of Nea Flogita, in front of the beach, which is the hallmark of this place because of its extraordinary length (7km) and tidiness, as well as the fine sand at the entrance to the water.
The accommodation consists of three triple apartments (No. 1, 3 and 7), but only the apartment No. 1 (low-ground floor, 50cm above yard level) is available for online booking. The apartments (25m2) have a bedroom with one double and a single bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a mini-stove with oven and a fridge, bathroom with an edged shower area and curtain, internet and a terrace.
Bed linen and towels are replaced halfway through the stay (if lasting 10 nights).
Public parking is nearby, and according to the owner, there's always a space to park in front of the accommodation.
Anna Villa is a great choice for everyone looking for decent accommodation, with proximity to the beach and center being their top priorities.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Smeštaj je bio na izvanrednoj lokaciji. Veoma komforan za boravak. Za vreme boravka,klima nam nije bila potrebna. Gazda nije bio nametljiv, ali je bio tu za sve što nam je trebalo, bilo je dovoljno samo poruku da mu pošaljemo. Problem su jedino bili komarci, ali to nema veze ni sa smeštajem ni sa gazdama. Jedino su mogli na prozore da stave komarnike, jer je imalo dosta komaraca. Sa letovanja smo se vratili prezadovoljni.

Vila je na odlicnom mestu, kupatilu treba renoviranje, ali je velika terasa odlican dodatak koji sve kompenzuje. Odnos cena-kvalitet realan.
