Al Mare Vila is made of comfortable and compact apartments located in the resort of Nea Flogita in Halkidiki. Positioned at a distance of only 70 m away from the nearest beach and in the very center of the resort, they guarantee a vacation marked by the smells of the sea and the sounds of the waves that reach the bedroom and ensure that the guests will not have to worry about organizing a trip to the beach.

This accommodation consists of a total of eight apartments, each intended for a maximum of four adults and one child of up to seven years of age. The apartments are located in the semi-basement, on the first or on the second floor. All accommodation units feature a kitchen area, a bathroom, one or two separate bedrooms, as well as a balcony or a porch, depending on the exact floor. In each apartment there is one double bed, as well as two single beds, which can be located in the bedrooms or in the kitchen area.

A baby cot is not available in this accommodation.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with a Wi-Fi internet, as well as a TV. The kitchen is suitable for preparing light meals and is equipped with a two-burner stove and a refrigerator with a smaller freezer compartment.

The guests of the apartments on the first and second floors can enjoy the open space on the balconies, sensing the smell of the Aegean Sea coming from the nearby beach. The guests staying in the two-bedroom apartments located in the semi-basement have two porches at their disposal, one of which is located at the front of the building, and the other at the back, allowing guests access to open space covered by the shade throughout the day.

It is not possible to stay with pets in this facility.

Cleaning service is not provided, and guests are supposed to take care of the hygiene of the apartment themselves during their stay. Bed linen and towels are changed on the fifth day, which means halfway through the stay.

Private parking spaces are not provided for guests of this accommodation, while guests can park their vehicles along the street.

Al Mare Villa offers the possibility of a carefree stay, unencumbered by planning transportation or early departures to the beach, as it offers guests a beach located in the immediate vicinity. Should guests, however, wish to embark on the adventure of further exploration of Halkidiki, it is important to note that this accommodation is 8 km away from the resort of Nea Moudania, 23 km from the popular Sahara Beach, while the nearest international airport is in Thessaloniki, 46 km away.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 7 years.
Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
