Al Mare Villa offers cozy and compact apartments located in the resort of Nea Flogita on Halkidiki. Situated just 70 meters away from the nearest beach and in the heart of the town, they promise a vacation filled with the scents of the sea and sounds of the waves reaching the bedroom, ensuring that guests do not have to worry about organizing beach trips.

This accommodation consists of a total of eight apartments, each designed for a maximum of four adults and one child up to seven years old, who does not have their own bed but sleeps with the parents in the bed. The apartments are located in the basement, on the first or second floor. All units have a kitchen area, a bathroom, and one or two separate bedrooms. Each apartment features one double bed, as well as two single beds, which can be located in the bedrooms or in the kitchen area.

A baby cot is not available in this accommodation.

All units are air-conditioned and equipped with wireless Wi-Fi internet, as well as a TV. The kitchen is suitable for preparing light meals and is equipped with a stove with two burners, as well as a fridge with a small freezer compartment.

Outdoors, guests staying on the first and second floors can enjoy balconies, where the scent of the Aegean Sea from the nearby beach drifts in. Guests staying in the two-bedroom apartments located in the semi-basement level have two verandas each, one at the front of the building and one at the back, allowing guests access to outdoor space in the shade throughout the day.

Pets are not allowed in this property.

Cleaning service is not provided, and guests are responsible for the hygiene of the apartment during their stay. Bed linen is changed on the fifth day, or halfway through the stay. Towels are not provided.

Private parking spaces are not available for guests of this accommodation, and guests can park their vehicles on the street.

Al Mare Villa provides the opportunity for a carefree stay, without the hassle of planning transportation or early beach trips, offering guests a beach close by. However, if guests wish to embark on further exploration of Halkidiki, it is important to note that this accommodation is 8 km away from the resort of Nea Moudania, 23 km from the popular Sahara beach, and the nearest international airport is in Thessaloniki, 46 km away.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
