Hotel Description

Hotel Aqua Mare is a quality and modernly equipped accommodation not far from the center and beach in Nea Kallikratia. It has 22 rooms for 2-4 persons and on a bed and breakfast or half board. The friendly reception staff is available ²⁴⁄₇ and the hotel is open year-round.

The rooms are set on the ground floor and on three floors.

Four rooms of the junior suite type are located on the ground floor at the back. The area is 30m2. They have one double bed and a sofa bed, for a maximum of four people. The rooms overlook a small, landscaped yard and have verandas fenced only on the sides. Rooms may be suitable for people with mobility difficulties. The bathrooms have a shower cabin measuring 80x70cm.

There are 12 double, three triple and three quadruple rooms set on three floors. All rooms have a terrace (no awning). Six double rooms have two single beds and the remaining six are smaller and have one double or two single beds. The triple rooms have three single beds. The quadruple rooms are located on the third floor (the last renovation was in 2018) and can have a double bed or two joined single beds and two double beds.

The rooms are air-conditioned, have internet, TV, mosquito nets, small fridge, hairdryer, safe box and bathroom with shower and curtain.

Cleaning and towels replacement is performed every day, while bed linen is replaced after two days.

Since the hotel has an elevator and ramps, disabled people can stay, but this must be checked when booking, as the bathrooms are not quite adapted.

Breakfast is served between 8:00-10:00 in the room next to the reception, while dinner (from 18:00-20:00) is organized in a nearby tavern.

With the staff on front desk you can communicate in Greek, English and Russian.

Private parking is not provided, so guests park close by.

The hotel organizes birthday parties, weddings, baptisms, conferences for up to 30 people, day trips. In the junior suite rooms, fruit and wine are waiting for guests upon arrival, as well as a bathrobe.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful location near the beach, the rooms are clean and tidy, and there is an elevator. The only downside is that there is no parking available.

If cancelled at any time later, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
