Artemis Studios and Apartments is a family accommodation located In a quiet part of Nea Kallikrateia. Due to its excellent position, it can be an excellent choice for anyone who wants a quiet vacation, while still being within walking distance of the beach and the city center. The organized town beach is located 350m from the property, and the nearest supermarket and bakery are at the same distance. Taverns are even closer, while the main square is approximately 700m away.

Single, double, and triple studios, as well as four-bed apartments, are available. The studios consist of a sleeping area with a kitchenette and a bathroom. Single studios are located on the first and second floors. They can accommodate up to one person and are furnished with one narrower-than-standard double bed.

Double studios are located on the ground floor, the first floor, or the second floor and can accommodate up to two adults. They are furnished with one double bed. Triple studios are located on the first and second floors and can accommodate up to three adults. They are furnished with one double bed and one single bed.

The apartments are located on the ground floor, the first floor, and the second floor and can accommodate up to four adults. They consist of a living room with a kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with one double bed, while the living room features two single beds.

All accommodation units are equipped with WiFi, a TV, air conditioning, a hair dryer, a kitchen, and a private bathroom. The kitchens are very modestly equipped and are recommended only for preparing light meals. If you need any additional kitchenware, you can always ask the owner. Some kitchens are equipped with a single-burner electric hot plate, while others have a two-burner hot plate. All units feature a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a kettle.

Cleaning, as well as towel and linen changes, is provided every three days.

There is a reception desk at the entrance to the property, although its working hours may vary. Right next to it is a gazebo furnished with a table and chairs. Parking is usually available in front of the property.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
