Artemis Studios and Apartments is a family accommodation located In a quiet part of Nea Kallikrateia. Due to its excellent position, it can be an excellent choice for anyone who wants a quiet vacation, while still being within walking distance of the beach and the city center.
The organized city beach is 350m away, and the market and bakery are just as far away. Taverns are a bit closer, while the main square is about 700m away.
It offers rooms, studios and apartments on the ground floor (3, 4 steps above ground level), on the first, second and third floor.
On the ground floor there are three apartments and two two-bed studios at the front side of the building and they are facing the street, while at the back side there is one two-bed studio that is the only one without a balcony. The apartments are equipped with one double and two single beds, and an extra bed can be added if necessary. Studios have a double bed.
On the first floor, there are two two-bed studios at the back side of the house and they are facing the yard, and at the front side there are one one-bed, one three-bed and two two-bed studios, as well as one four-bed apartment, all of which have side sea view from afar. The one-bed studio is equipped with a narrower than standard double bed, two-bed studios with standard double bed, three-bed studios with one double and one single bed, and the apartment with one double and two single beds.
The second floor is the same as the first, with the exact same layout of units.
On the third floor there are two double studios that have side sea view from afar.
All accommodation units have internet, TV, air conditioning, hair dryer, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is very modestly equipped, so we recommend it only for preparing light meals. If you need something from the dishes, you can always contact the owner. Some kitchens have a hob with one, and some with two hot plates. Some bathrooms have only tiles, and some have a shower area with a curtain. Changing of towels and bed linen, as well as cleaning, are done every three days.
At the entrance of the accommodation there is a reception whose working hours vary, and right after it there is a summer house with a table and chairs. Parking is usually available on the street in front of the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Postovani, koja je razlika izmedju studio back side i studio economy? Nama je potreban smestaj od sutra, 26.8. do 31.8. , znaci 6 noci za 2 odrasla sa detetom ( 1 i po godina) , krenuli bismo veceras te nam je jako bitno da nam odgovorite u sto kracem roku. Hvala

Pozdrav. Zanima me tacna cena smestaja za 2 odrasle osobe, 1 dete od 7 godina i bebu od 3 meseca? Period putovanja 21.08.-31.08.2023. Nije neophodno da budu odvojene sobe, bitno je da ima francuski lezaj, jedan singl lezaj i krevetac za bebu ili jos jedan singl lezaj. Takodje mi je prioritet da je prizemlje ali nije neophodno. Hvala na odgovoru.
