Our description
Sea Star 2 Apartment is an apartment of 55m2 at only 150m from the city beach in Nea Kallikratia. It is fully equipped, and what makes it special is the large terrace with a beautiful view of the city and the sea.
The nearest restaurant and market are at 150m from the accommodation, and the first bakery at 300m.
The apartment is located in an older building, on the third floor, without an elevator, so it is not recommended for those for whom climbing stairs would be a problem. It is spacious and fully equipped. It has two bedrooms, one with two connected single beds and one with a double bed and a single sofa bed. The kitchen has a stove with two hobs, a large refrigerator with freezer and a dishwasher. The bathroom is small, with a suspended ceiling. It has a small bathtub and a washing machine.
The apartment is air conditioned (two air conditioners), has internet, TV, hair dryer and mosquito nets. A baby cot is available on request. The terrace can be accessed from any room. Although it is located on the top floor, the apartment is almost well insulated, and as protection from the sun there are awnings on the terrace.
The guests take care of the hygiene of the units during their stay, and they also change the bed linen and towels. The owners leave one clean set at a time.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
