Mikoniatis Apartments is located in the heart of Nea Kalikratia, just a few steps away from all happenings. It offers two apartments, recently renovated, so the accommodation is an ideal choice for those who value privacy.
The town beach is 350m away, and the pedestrian area is about 250m away, and at the same distance there are bakeries, fast food restaurants and shops.
Both accommodation units are located on the ground floor. In front of the apartment there is a terrace with a table and chairs.
As for the equipment of the units, they are completely identical. They have internet, TV, mosquito nets, washing machine, iron and ironing board. A hair dryer can be provided if needed. The kitchens are equipped with the necessary dishes, two hotplates, a refrigerator with a freezer and a kettle. In the bathroom, the shower is enclosed by glass partition on one side. Towels and bed linen are changed every four days - guests receive a clean set and change them themselves, while guests take care of the hygiene of the accommodation units during their stay.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Sve je novo i čisto i lepše izgleda uživo, nego na slikama. Veranda gleda na ulicu ali je ipak nekako ušuškana, pa je prijatno sedeti i napolju. Vlasnica Konstantina je jedna predivna i gostoljubiva žena.
