Description
Aurora Suites & Rooms is located on the outskirts of Nea Kalikratia, in a quiet location, near the famous Sahara Beach. It can be a good choice for three families or a larger group. The accommodation is new, well equipped and impeccably tidy.
The main square in Kalikratia is located about 2.7 km from the accommodation, the nearest beach is about 650 m away, and the nearest supermarket is about 300 m from the property. It is about 2.5 km from Sahara beach.
On the ground floor of the house are two spacious studios (55 m2 and 40 m2). One has a double bed and two single beds, and the other has a double bed and a pull-out bed. It is also suitable for people who have difficulty moving or are in wheelchairs. The entrance door is raised 10 cm from the yard level. The balcony door is at the level of the yard and the threshold of the door itself is raised a few centimeters. The kitchen of the studio is equipped with a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a flat plate with two hotplates (and in the other there is a mini stove with two hotplates and a small oven), a cooker and a toaster in one of the studios. A cot is available on request, as well as a high chair.
The bathroom has a shower, without a curtain. The bathroom is spacious and has no threshold at the entrance door.
Both studios have air conditioning, TV with satellite channels and WiFi internet.
On the first floor of the house is an apartment with two separate bedrooms (110m2). Each room has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed. Each room has a balcony facing the street and is equipped with sofas.
The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a large fridge with freezer, a large stove with an oven, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine.
The bathroom is spacious and has a glass shower.
The apartment has air conditioning, TV with satellite channels and WiFi internet.
Towels are changed for 3 days, while bed linen is changed after 7 days and this service is included in the price.
The guests themselves take care of the hygiene of the accommodation, but it is also possible to clean it on request, with an extra charge, after 7 days of stay.
Laundry service is available for an additional fee.
The guests of the accommodation also have a barbecue in the yard.
The yard is fenced and private parking is within the yard.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
