Solis House is located at the very beginning of the Kassandra peninsula, near one of the nearest resorts to Thessaloniki, Nea Kalikratia, at a distance of 400m from the nearest beach and 3.3km from the wide and long sandy beach with gradual depth and shallow waters for children.

The ground floor apartment is designed for a maximum of four people. It consists of one bedroom, a bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has two sofas for one person each.

Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi internet, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove, a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The bathroom features a shower tray with a glass partition.

Guests can spend warm summer days, with a partial sea view, on the veranda equipped with seating furniture.

In the beautifully landscaped and well-maintained garden, guests can enjoy preparing barbecues with family and friends.

Small pets are allowed in this accommodation upon request and at an additional cost.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for hygiene during their stay. For stays longer than seven days, the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every seventh day, while for stays shorter than seven days this service is not provided. There is a mandatory surcharge for cleaning for every reservation.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 40 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
