Palm Residence is located in the town of Veriga, between Nea Kalikratia and Sozopolis, just 100m from the sandy beach.
The ground floor house (a few steps above the courtyard) can accommodate up to seven guests. It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa bed for two and an extra bed.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a fan, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, and a kitchen equipped with a four-burner stove and large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, and a toaster. The bathrooms feature a shower tray without a curtain.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
