Palm Residence is located in Vergia between Nea Kalikratia and Sozopol, 100m from the sandy beach. It has a spacious and beautifully landscaped yard and is an excellent choice for larger families.

The nearest market is about 150m away.

The ground floor house (a few steps above the courtyard) can host a maximum of seven people. It consists of a living room with an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedrooms have one double bed each, while the living room has a sofa bed for two people and an extra bed.

The accommodation is air-conditioned, and guests have at their disposal free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a fan, a hair dryer, mosquito nets, as well as a kitchen equipped with a four-burner stove and a large oven, a large fridge-freezer, a kettle and a toaster. The bathroom has a shower without a curtain.

Guests can spend warm summer days, with a view of the yard, on the veranda, which is equipped with seating.

In the beautifully decorated and maintained yard, guests can enjoy preparing a barbecue with family and friends, and there are two summer houses and a shower at their disposal.

Pets are allowed in this accommodation.

The cleaning of the apartment during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, which are at their disposal, is done by the guests themselves.

A covered parking space is available for guests in the yard, there is space for two vehicles.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
