Olea Suite is a modernly designed apartment located in the resort town of Nea Kalikratia, ideal for families or friends seeking a comfortable and pleasant stay. Just 200 meters from the city beach, this elegant apartment offers a perfect starting point for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation on beautiful Kassandra.

Situated on the first floor of a building without an elevator, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to four adults and two children. It features a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom, and two bedrooms. One of the rooms is functionally designed as a combined living and sleeping area, equipped with a double bed and a sofa suitable for two. The second bedroom has two single beds, ideal for children or individual use.

For a pleasant and carefree stay, Olea Suite is equipped with air conditioning units in both bedrooms, ensuring refreshing temperatures during warmer days. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi and Smart TVs in every room, with access to popular platforms such as YouTube and Netflix, perfect for unwinding with favorite content. The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing various meals and includes a glass-ceramic cooktop with four heating zones, a standard refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a Nescafé coffee machine. Added conveniences include a washing machine, ironing board with iron, and hairdryer, allowing guests to travel light and feel at home.

A spacious Γ-shaped balcony connects the living room and both bedrooms, providing access from each room. Furnished with comfortable seating, this balcony serves as a relaxing corner, perfect for reading, enjoying a drink, or simply savoring the outdoors. It offers a side view of the sea and the lively street below, creating a pleasant, summery ambiance.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, pets are not allowed in the apartment.

The apartment is prepared for guest arrival with basic cleaning and setup before check-in. Cleaning service during the stay, as well as linen and towel replacement, is available only for reservations longer than ten days, and typically arranged halfway through the stay.

Although the apartment doesn’t have a designated parking space, guests usually have no trouble finding a free spot directly in front of the building, if available, or in the nearby streets, ensuring an easy arrival and stress-free start to the holiday.

Nea Kalikratia is a vibrant town and popular seaside resort situated at the very beginning of the Kassandra peninsula in Halkidiki, making it one of the first major towns you encounter when traveling from Thessaloniki. Unlike many tourist spots that operate only during the season, this is a true town with all necessary amenities functioning year-round. It boasts a wide and long sandy beach with shallow waters, perfect for families with children. A well-maintained promenade runs along the beach, lined with numerous taverns, restaurants, cafés, dessert shops, and beach bars. The stunning sunsets with views of Mount Olympus are especially appreciated. As a larger town, it’s well-stocked and provides all essential services and stores. A weekly market with fresh local products is held every Tuesday. Although lively and popular, it retains a pleasant atmosphere, with streets often full of children and well-kept parks. It is also known for the Kassandra Festival, held in the Kassandra Amphitheater during summer, offering a variety of cultural events, concerts, and performances. Its location is exceptionally convenient for day trips, making it easy to explore Thessaloniki and other parts of Halkidiki. Thessaloniki International Airport is about 35 km from the accommodation.

A fantastic place to stay for families or anyone who wants a bit more comfort than a studio. Located in a great spot near the city beach, as well as shops and restaurants. The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay, with special praise for cleanliness.

There were four adults and two children staying at the accommodation, among whom was a baby of a few months old. The apartment was comfortable, given that there were six of us. Upon request, a baby cot was provided, which greatly eased the stay. The nearby wild beaches, which are excellent, are not far from the accommodation; we even drove to Aloha Beach, about a five-minute drive away. Lidl and Masutis are very close. Communication with the hosts was good. P.S. We stayed in September.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
