Our description
Seven Seas Villa is a newly built accommodation in the first row to the beach in Nea Moudania, located in a spacious courtyard, 30m from the street. It offers one luxuriously furnished duplex apartment in the basement, with a capacity up to four people. It features a sitting set in the courtyard (the apartment has a terrace) and a big lawn, as well as barbecue, shared kitchen and a garage behind the villa. The owners are very kind and helpful, and since no one lives in the house apart from them, privacy is guaranteed.
The closest supermarket (Galaksias) and a bakery are at about 150m and the center is about 400 meters away.
The apartment (75m2) is five steps below the ground level, it's air-conditioned and has internet. In the living room, there's a sofa bed, table, TV and the window with a sea view. The living room is connected with a kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils, stove, large fridge with freezer, electric kettle and a coffee maker. Each bedroom has one double bed and a baby crib can be obtained on request. In the bathroom, there's a shower with a curtain, as well as a hairdryer.
Guests themselves maintain the apartments and the replacement of towels and bed linen is performed on half of the stay.

Owner description
Seven Seas Villa is a new luxury apartment in Nea Moudania, located in the ground floor of the house in an area of 75m2. It has two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom. In the kitchen, there is an electric stove, fridge, coffee maker and fridge. The apartment is also equipped with TV, air conditioner, blinds and security doors, it has a clothes iron and internet. Bedding is changed every four days.
Accommodation is located just next to the sea, at a distance of 20m from the beach. The courtyard with a sea view and with a marble corner set and a small table extends to 300m2. The nearby beach has lifeguards, a bar and a playground for children.
For guests, the parking is provided, as well as fully equipped barbecue in the yard, with stove, fridge and dining room.
The villa is about 15km away from Porto Sani Village complex, 50km from the airport in Thessaloniki and 300m from the city center.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Zaista odličan smeštaj kako za porodice sa decom tako i za parove. Odmah je preko puta plaže gde imate deo od Beach bar-a koji je odličan i deo gde možete sami da stavite peškir na pesak, a i pored toga dostupno vam je i prelepo dvorište sa garniturom i ležaljkama pa možete i iz dvorišta da uživate u moru. Izuzetno čisto, i sve što vam treba imate u smeštaju. Domaćini su izuzetno prijatni ljudi koji će vam pomoći oko svega, a tokom našeg boravka nismo ni osetili da delimo kuću sa njima, jer su tu a opet imate svu privatnost. Treba napomenuti i da je dobra stvar što noću nema nikakvih žurki na plaži jer su sva dešavanja u centru koji počinje na nekih 500m od smeštaja, veliki market koji ima sve i svašta je na 200m, dečija igraonica sa kafićem je 4 kuće od vas, tako da je sve što vam treba jako blizu. Mi ćemo se sigurno vratiti.

Izuzetno konforan, funkcionalan, čist i lep apartman. Blizina plaze i pogled iz dvorišta na more su svakako prednosti. Domaćini su ljubazni, srdačni i topli ljudi. Domacini su uvek dostupni i predusretljivi. Hvala na svemu. Hvala i Nikani, uz vas se osećamo sigurno.

Objekat je prelep, stan je izuzetno cist, komforan sa prelepim dvoristem. Vlasnici su divni ljudi, nenametljivi a dostupni u svakom momentu. Od nas imaju svaku preporuku!

Domaćini su jako fini, obrazovani, nenametljivi ljudi i vrlo fleksibilni ka svim zahtevima koje možete imati. Mi smo dolazili sa troje dece, jedna je beba, i smeštaj je zaista praktičan. Plaža je odmah preko puta, beach bar funkcioniše po principu ležaljke za piće a možete i iz samog dvorišta da uskačete u more. Pripremu hrane možete obaviti i u letnjoj kuhinji koja je kompletno opremljena a tu je i roštilj, za one koji vole da kuvaju. Lokacija je nekih 15min hoda od samog centra koji je živ i sa vrlo finim lokalima i dve izvanredne poslastičarnice sa tradicijom od 60 i 90 godina. Najblizi smestaju je Masutis market, na samom ulazu u mesto je Lidl. Taverne i restorani su neka grčka klasika. Aplikacija efood ima nekoliko restorana i picerija koje bez problema dostavljaju hranu na adresu smestaja. Kuća i smeštaj su za svaku preporuku, vlasnici odlični.

Postovani , da li ima nesto slobodno u ovom smestaju za 2 odrasle osobe i 1 dete 12 godina. Termin moze da varira plus minus 5 dana. Od kraja jula ili pocetak avgusta. Pozdrav

Lep i cist smestaj blizu plaze u mirnom delu grada. Idealan za porodice sa decom. Vlasnici su jako prijatni i gostoprimljivi ljudi. Sve pohvale.
