Seven Seas Villa is a newly built accommodation in the first row to the beach in Nea Moudania, located in a spacious courtyard, 30m from the street. It offers one luxuriously furnished duplex apartment in the basement, with a capacity up to four people. It features a sitting set in the courtyard (the apartment has a terrace) and a big lawn, as well as barbecue, shared kitchen and a garage behind the villa. The owners are very kind and helpful, and since no one lives in the house apart from them, privacy is guaranteed.

The closest supermarket (Galaksias) and a bakery are at about 150m and the center is about 400 meters away.

The apartment (75m2) is five steps below the ground level, it’s air-conditioned and has internet. In the living room, there’s a sofa bed, table, TV and the window with a sea view. The living room is connected with a kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils, stove, large fridge with freezer, electric kettle, microwave oven and a coffee maker. Each bedroom has one double bed and a baby crib can be obtained on request. In the bathroom, there’s a shower with a curtain, as well as a hairdryer.

Guests themselves maintain the apartments and the replacement of towels and bed linen is performed on half of the stay.

Seven Seas Villa is an ideal choice for those who prefer new accommodation near the beach.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
