Discount
For reservations for period from 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2025, for stays of 6 nights and more, discount of 15 % of total reservation is allowed.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description

The apartment is located on the third floor of a building that does not have an elevator. Luggage transfer to the apartment is provided to guests.
The apartment has two bedrooms and can accommodate a maximum of five adults. To make your stay pleasant and unforgettable, the hosts of this accommodation have tried their best that you bring the best memories, taking care of every detail in this modernly equipped apartment. Within the air-conditioned apartment, guests have free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four hot plates, a large oven, a kettle, a coffee machine, a frappe machine, an iron, and a large fridge with a freezer.
