The Vintage House is an apartment in a quiet part of Nea Moudania, 480 meters from the sandy beach, in a quiet and pleasant environment that provides a haven for families and friends who want to relax by the Aegean Sea. The location combines tranquility and proximity to the town center, making it an excellent starting point for a summer vacation and visiting the surrounding beaches.

Located on the ground floor, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to four adults. The thoughtfully designed layout includes two comfortable bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There is also a cozy living room perfect for relaxing, a separate dining area for shared meals, and a well-equipped bathroom. This configuration provides both privacy and a common area for a comfortable stay.

This accommodation is equipped with all modern amenities, including pleasant air conditioning, free WiFi, and a variety of entertainment facilities such as a Smart TV with Netflix, a Bluetooth sound system for your favorite musi,c and a PS4 for a bit of friendly competition, to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Practical amenities include a hairdryer, a washing machine for added comfort, and an iron. The fully equipped kitchen includes a four-burner stove, a large oven, a spacious fridge-freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.

The ground floor opens onto a veranda and a private courtyard - a pleasant place to relax. The veranda is equipped with a seating area, ideal for morning coffee, reading, or enjoying the view. For barbecue lovers, there is also the possibility of preparing meals outdoors.

Pets are not allowed at this property.

During the guests’ stay, the accommodation unit will be cleaned every four days, while bed linen and towels will be changed every third day.

One parking space is provided for guests in the courtyard, making it easy to arrive by car.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
