KIMA Seaside Suites is located almost directly on the beach, with a courtyard that opens directly onto the street separating the property from the sea. The accommodation is modern and stylishly furnished, featuring an elegant interior that provides a high level of comfort and a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation. Every detail is carefully designed to make guests’ stays as enjoyable as possible, from quality furniture to functional room layouts. Thanks to its location practically on the beach, guests can enjoy close proximity to the sea throughout the day while still being slightly removed from the busiest areas. Nea Moudania is one of the largest and most developed towns in Halkidiki, situated in a highly attractive location near Thessaloniki. At the same time, it serves as an excellent base for exploring both Kassandra and Sithonia. The beach in Nea Moudania is long and mostly sandy, with crystal-clear water and a gently sloping shallow area – ideal for children and anyone who prefers easy access to the sea. The shoreline and nearby areas are predominantly sandy, while further from the town center, rocky areas with natural shade can also be found. There is a shaded playground by the beach, and several smaller playgrounds are available throughout the town, both outdoors and within cafes, adding to a quality and activity-filled vacation.

As the property is built on a terraced slope, the entrance is located on the fourth-floor level, where the reception is situated. From there, guests descend to the lower levels, all the way to the courtyard, which has direct access to the street separating the accommodation from the beach. The property offers triple and quadruple studios, as well as apartments for four, five and six people. Due to the terraced construction, some apartments have bedrooms without windows.

The triple studios are located on the third floor and are suitable for up to three adults. They consist of a sleeping area with a kitchen and a bathroom. The sleeping arrangements include one double bed and one single bed. The quadruple studios are also located on the third floor and are suitable for up to two adults and two children. They feature one double bed and a sofa bed for two children.

The apartments with two bedrooms can accommodate four, five or six adults. They are located on the first, second or third floor. The quadruple and quintuple apartments consist of a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom, while the six-person apartment also has a living room. Two apartments, designed to accommodate four adults and one child, are located on the first and second floors. They consist of a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. These two apartments have no windows in the bedrooms.

The quadruple apartments have one double bed and two single beds. The quintuple apartments have two double beds and one single bed, while the six-person apartment has two double beds and a sofa bed for two people.

A baby cot is available upon request at no additional charge.

This air-conditioned accommodation offers free Wi-Fi, a TV, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, and a kitchen equipped with a single-burner hob, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster.

Each unit has a private balcony furnished with a table and chairs, ideal for relaxing while enjoying the beautiful sea view. Guests can also use the shared barbecue located in the courtyard. The property cooperates with two beach bars situated directly in front of the accommodation, where guests can use the sunbeds subject to a minimum daily spend on drinks or food.

Small pets are allowed at this accommodation by prior arrangement and at no additional cost.

The accommodation units are cleaned during the stay, and bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

Guests are provided with a parking space directly in front of the accommodation.
