Summer Apartment is located in the village of Nea Plagia, in Halkidiki, 350m away from the sandy beach.
The apartment is situated on the second floor and can accommodate up to six people. It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds, and the living room includes a sofa bed for two.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
