Summer Apartment is located in the village of Nea Plagia, in Halkidiki, 350m away from the sandy beach.
The apartment is situated on the second floor and can accommodate up to six people. It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds, and the living room includes a sofa bed for two.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a kitchen equipped with a four-ring stove, a large oven, a big fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The bathroom includes a bathtub.

Discount
For reservations for period from 01.07.2024 to 30.09.2024, discount of 10 % of total reservation is allowed.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
