Sophias Holiday House is located in Nea Potidaia in Halkidiki.
The ideal place for families with children. The private house has a huge fenced yard of 800sq.m with barbeque, dining area, Metal yard swing, outdoor WC and outdoor fully equipped kitchen. There are two dining rooms on the balcony and another one in the courtyard.Sophias Holiday House is 100m from the beautiful beach.
The house provides 2 bedrooms, 1st bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and window overlooking the yard, 2nd bedroom with semi-double bed, wardrobe and window overlooking the yard, a living room with a double sofa bed that opens and can accommodate up to 2 adults and air conditioning, a bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The sea is very close by foot and there is a partial sea view from the balcony. The accommodation does not have internet.
Outside the house there is a small studio with 2 single beds (not offered, no photos available yet).

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
