Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 40% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Sophia's Holiday House is located in Nea Potidea on Halkidiki.
It is an ideal place for families with children. The private house has a vast enclosed yard of 800 square meters with a barbecue, dining area, metal backyard swing, outdoor toilet, and fully equipped outdoor kitchen. There are two dining areas on the balcony and one in the yard.
Sophia's Holiday House is only 100 meters from a beautiful beach.
The house features two bedrooms - the first bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, and a window overlooking the yard, while the second bedroom has a smaller double bed and a single bed, a wardrobe, and a window with a view of the yard. The living room has a sofa bed that can accommodate up to two adults and bunk beds. Additionally, there is air conditioning, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The sea is within walking distance, and there is a partial sea view from the balcony. The accommodation does not have internet.
Outside the house, there is a small studio with 2 single beds (not currently available, no photos yet).

Pozdrav! Molim za informaciju koliko je udaljena najbliža plaža na koju bi se moglo pješice ići i koja je to plaža. Rado se kupamo na manjim, neopremljenim plažama. Na mapi izgleda kao da su u blizini smještaja litice i nepristupačna obala mora. Hvala unaprijed na odgovoru. S.
